Scattering from Wedges:

The exact solution for acoustic scattering of a point source pressure from a two dimensional rigid wedge is investigated. The exact expression of the scattered pressure is represented in terms of Bessel functions and Hankel functions is simplified by modeling the reflections using geometrically constructed image sources.

Closed Room Acoustic Impulse Response:

The method of modeling the refraction and reflections of a closed empty room is obtained. The impulse response obtained in this work implements the information of geometrically constructed image-source method. The response is compared with the same obtained by J. Allen and D. Berkley ( JASA, v.65, p. 943-950, 1979) technique. The numerical accuracy and efficiency is also estimated.
